For nearly three decades, I’ve been at the forefront of coaching and leadership development, guiding leaders to transform their organizations and themselves. With over 12,000 hours of coaching experience, my mission has always been clear: to empower leaders to build trust, foster collaboration, and inspire cultures where people love their life’s work.

As the CEO of inviteCHANGE, I lead a global team of practitioners dedicated to equipping leaders with the tools and mindset needed to meet today’s challenges. Drawing on my background in economics, organizational development, and human resource management, I’ve worked with leaders across industries to create sustainable excellence through character-driven leadership.

In my work with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), including serving as Global President, I’ve had the privilege of shaping the coaching profession and advocating for its role in creating meaningful change for leaders and organizations worldwide.
