Dan is an Organisational Psychologist and Director of Solutions at EZRA Coaching, a global provider of virtual professional coaching solutions. In his role at EZRA, Dan partners with some of the world’s largest banking, healthcare, and professional services firms, helping these organizations to design coaching solutions that address their people development and business needs. Dan is particularly passionate about measuring the impact of these coaching solutions, partnering with clients to conduct coaching impact studies, that highlight the impact of coaching on key performance metrics, and provide the rationale for investment in coaching as a learning and development solution.
