She is the Founder of Expert Professional Translators, a prestigious translator bureau, Founder of Dream Catcher, a people-centered coaching and development firm, and the Founding President of the Egyptian Coaching Foundation, the national platform that aims to redesign the Coaching Ecosystem and reshape the future of the Coaching Industry.

Chaïma has designed and delivered over 20+ multidisciplinary coaching-based programs for diverse sectors, including corporations, hospitals, NGOs, and academic institutions, tackling complex themes like trauma healing, women’s leadership, neurodiversity, organizational wellness, organizational healing, psychology of leadership and influence, team coaching, conflict resolution, inclusive and healthier workplace, leaders mindsets, identity and blueprint, youth empowerment, and community advocacy. As current President of ICF-Egypt Charter Chapter, she spearheads national coaching initiatives, DEIJB integration, and large-scale stakeholder engagement, creating safe, ethical, and pluralistic spaces where leaders can reconnect with their inner power and societal role.
