Carolann Philips is a Master Certified Coach (ICF), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®), and Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD®). With more than 25 years of experience, she has been actively shaping the talent development and coaching landscape in Oman – championing the integration of coaching as a catalyst for leadership, performance, and organizational growth. Her work has spanned industries and cultures, earning her recognition such as Best Skills Coach at the World HRD Congress in 2017and Outstanding High Performance and Organizational Development Coach at the Middle East T&D Leadership Awards in 2019).
